Dr. Huang is a quantitative modeling expert in pensions, healthcare, stock option valuations, and executive benefits. He has served as the lead pension actuary for one of the country’s largest corporate pension plans and is a co-lead of The Terry Group’s litigation research and pension compliance efforts.

Dr. Huang is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.

Dr. Huang has served as a member of the American Academy of Actuaries Retiree Benefits Subcommittee and of the Academy’s Data Science and Analytics Committee. He is a prominent speaker at actuarial and longevity research conferences both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining The Terry Group, Dr. Huang taught mathematics at Indiana Wesleyan University and worked as a pension and healthcare actuary in both the consulting industry and with a major financial institution.
