Carol is an employee benefits consultant and compliance expert, and brings considerable experience in communications and complex systems to our clients. She is a co-leader of our litigation support practice.

Previously, Carol was in program management at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Prior to that, she was in executive compensation management at Ameritech, and in various consulting roles at Towers Perrin.

Carol holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
