Mr. Moore is a strategy and compliance expert in pensions and employee benefits. He has served as the chief retirement actuary at The Terry Group and at two previous consulting firms – a position demanding both pension compliance expertise as well as proficiency in a wide range of actuarial professionalism matters.

Mr. Moore is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.

Mr. Moore has served as a member of the board of directors and as secretary-treasurer of the American Academy of Actuaries, as well as its vice president for pensions. He has also served on the Professionalism Committee of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. Mr. Moore is also chair of the Board of Actuaries for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Prior to joining The Terry Group, Mr. Moore held various leadership positions in the actuarial consulting industry.
