Kate is an operations, program management, and regulatory compliance leader, working with clients on complex strategy implementation over a broad range of projects. Kate brings project management and operational expertise to consulting engagements with healthcare, insurance, government, provider networks, employee benefit plans, and related entities.

Prior to joining The Terry Group, Kate served as COO of the graduate school division of a nonprofit foundation where she held primary responsibility for program management, compliance, program innovation, and process transformation. She previously led shared administrative services for the foundation’s non-credit education and boutique consulting divisions, providing project management, coaching, and content production for coursework as well as for corporate clients in finance, technology, and publishing.

Kate earned an M.A. from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago and a B.A. from Augustana University and holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is based in southeast Florida.
