Kevin Dotson is an established leader in the value-based care and health plan space with expertise in value-based care strategy, operations, and financial leadership. He serves as the value-based care lead for Terry Health, working with clients on provider and payer value-based care strategy and financial analysis.

Kevin has worked in the healthcare and benefits consulting industry for over 25 years in various leadership, actuarial and underwriting roles. Prior to Terry Health, he served as Senior Vice President, Analytics for the Value-Based Care Services and Commercial Episodes of Care lines of business at Signify Health. There, he led Signify’s actuarial and advanced analytics support services for various MSSP ACOs, commercial payer ACOs, large employers, and Medicare Advantage plans, along with its evaluation of emerging VBC models including ACO REACH. Before that, Kevin held leadership positions at  Lee Health in Southwest Florida where he served as chief financial officer and chief actuary – population health, and at Optum where he worked with provider and payer organizations on analytics and risk management strategy.

Kevin is a fully credentialed actuary. He holds a B.S. in statistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
