Maureen is a fully credentialed consulting actuary with over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience. She has worked with health plans, hospitals, and ACO clients on value-based reimbursement strategy and financial modeling. She is experienced in modeling contracts with quality and risk adjustment components, from total cost of care risk sharing arrangements to partial and fully capitated arrangements.

Maureen develops analysis to enable her clients to better understand performance drivers, opportunities, and risks, and to identify strategies to optimize performance, including consideration of quality and risk coding contractual features. She also has expertise in developing meaningful reporting and analytics packages.

Prior to joining The Terry Group, Maureen was Vice President, Actuarial Services, for Health Net, Inc. (now Centene) where she led both the Medicare Advantage actuarial and the financial valuation and reporting teams. In this capacity, she provided technical as well as practical, on-the-ground leadership for a broad array of managed healthcare product lines and actuarial functions.

Maureen received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles with a major in Mathematics-Applied Science.
